Premium Coffee
from the
Himalayas.

Nepalese coffee, carefully roasted to perfection for over a decade.

The Origin

Where the altitude shapes every cup.

Founded in 2013 by Surya Kumar Lama, Everest Coffee Mill grew from a small roasting facility in Kathmandu into one of Nepal's leading Arabica coffee companies. Surya brought over 15 years of industry experience and a single mission: to show the world what Nepalese Arabica can be.

Our Arabica is sourced from high-altitude farms across Nepal's mid-hill districts, grown above 800m where cold winds and rich soil create a cup that cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world. We support the farmers who grow it and the cooperatives they belong to.

About Everest Coffee Mill

Everest Coffee Mill Pvt. Ltd. is a Kathmandu-based Himalayan Arabica coffee company founded in 2013. We own our own ~100 Ropani Himalayan estate and source from partner farms across Nepal's mountain ranges. We roast, package, and export single-source Nepalese Arabica coffee to Japan, Taiwan, the USA, Europe, and beyond.

Our Arabica coffee is grown on our own ~100 Ropani farm and sourced from partner farms across Nepal's mid-hill districts (Gulmi, Lalitpur, Syangja, Palpa, Ilam, Kavre, Kaski and Baglung) at altitudes of 1,200–1,800 metres above sea level. The high altitude, cool nights and rich soil produce beans with a complex, low-bitterness flavour profile.

Yes. We are an established Nepalese Arabica coffee exporter supplying green beans and roasted coffee to buyers in Japan, Taiwan, the USA, and Europe. Consignments are shipped by air or sea depending on order volumes. We provide full export documentation including phytosanitary certificates and certificate of origin. Contact us at [email protected] for export enquiries.

You can place a retail order directly on our Products page. For wholesale and export orders, visit our Bulk Orders page or contact us on WhatsApp. Our team responds within one business day.

Nepal produces around 500 metric tons of coffee per year across roughly 4,300 hectares, a tiny fraction of global output. Of that, only about 89 tons are exported annually while domestic demand already outstrips local supply. Every cherry is hand-picked on steep Himalayan slopes at 1,200–1,800m, a labour-intensive process with no mechanisation. The combination of scarce supply, high growing costs and growing international demand from specialty buyers in Europe, Japan and the US pushes prices up. You are paying for genuine scarcity and craft.

We are a registered company (Reg. No. 341625/081/082, VAT/PAN 621200421) based in Lazimpat, Kathmandu. For export orders we provide phytosanitary certificates, certificate of origin, and batch traceability documentation.
